If you're not happy, I'm not happy! I want everyone who receives their Cinched item in the mail to be happy about their purchase. If you're not, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the package about exchanging the product for a different size or belt of equal cost minus the cost of shipping. All items must be returned unworn and in original packaging. Please do not return packages without contacting me first.

Orders that are placed with regular post options and later asked for shipping upgrades will be shipped with the originally paid for regular shipping if customers do not respond to correspondence within my regular dispatch times.

Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
